4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a project or service by contacting us through email or via our website chat before the work begins or within the agreed review period. If you mistakenly purchase a service, you should notify us immediately; we will process your cancellation promptly or within seven working days, issuing a full refund wherever applicable.
4.2 Mid-Project Cancellations
If a project has already started, cancellation may result in charges based on work completed and resources allocated up to that point. Any third-party expenses, such as software licenses or advertising costs paid on your behalf, are non-refundable.
4.3 Completed Work

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by Rifnix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from our Platform without our explicit written consent.

While we carefully select partners and tools, we do not control or guarantee their availability, performance, or data security. Your use of third-party services is subject to their separate terms and policies. Rifnix disclaims liability arising from your use of or reliance on such third-party tools.

This includes business strategies, technical information, client lists, or any proprietary methods.
